Support engineers can assist customer with how to connect to the HSIA, confirm the customer’s laptop or hand held is capable of using the High Speed Internet service, confirm the service is available in that area or guest room,and answer questions about email, basic VPN questions, firewalls, basic configuration conflicts, etc. This service is limited to the customer area or guest room.
Unlimited Tier II Support:
Tier II is 24/7/365 live telephone support provided by a Level 2 Support Engineer trained to provide the same services as Tier I plus assisting the property or venue staff in diagnosing system issues that may require repair or replacement of parts. Currently we are offering 24/7/365 remote monitoring with the Tier II Support for free.
Tier III Support.
Tier III support is same day or next day onsite service for troubleshooting HSIA issues or replacement and reconfiguration of the HSIA network equipment depending on the issue plus the services included in Tier I and Tier II Support (Tier II support is 24/7/365 live telephone support provided by a Level 2 Support Engineer trained to provide the same services as Level 1 support plus assisting the property or venue staff in diagnosing system issues that may require repair or replacement of parts. Currently we are offering 24/7/365 remote monitoring with the Tier II Support for free).
